Visitor analytics helps you track check-ins and check-outs within your buildings, improving security and operational efficiency. You can analyze reports through the Data Hub or access and review visitor logs. These tools make it easy to monitor real-time activity and examine historical data.
Access the Visitor Log
The system records all check-ins and check-outs, and you can access the complete list to review the details of each visitor log.
Open the Flex or Workplace Admin Portal.
Go to Visitor Hub
> Overview > Visitor Log.You will see the visitor logs for today. Click Reset Filters to view all visitor logs.
Click the filter icons
to apply a filter and the arrows 
to sort the visitor logs.

Go to Data Hub
> Check-Ins.Click the Employee / Visitor filter and select "Visitor".
Click
to apply the filter.
Review visitor photos in the Visitor Log
You can review the photo of each delivery in the Delivery Log:
Go to Visitor Hub > Overview > Delivery Log.
Click an image next to a visitor's name.
