If you're experiencing trouble logging in to OfficeRnD Flex, this article outlines the most common causes and provides guidance on how to resolve them. Login errors may occur due to using the wrong URL, cached credentials in your browser, or expired login links.

For members: Use the correct Member Portal URL

The most common login issue occurs when trying to access the Flex Admin Portal instead of the Member Portal. However, members might also be using the wrong or outdated Member Portal URL.

Always log in using your organization's current Member Portal URL. Do not use app.officernd.com, as it is intended for admin users only.

How to find your correct login URL

  • The standard format is:
    https://[your-org-slug].officernd.com

  • To locate the slug (organization name), admins can go to Settings > Account Details > Account Details on the Admin Portal.

  • Your organization might also use a custom domain. In that case, if you are a member:

    • Check your Welcome email for the correct login URL.

    • Or ask an admin of your space to share the Member Portal link.

Members might lose access if you change the Member Portal URL

If you make changes to the URL of your Member Portal, your members might lose access to it. Keep in mind that they have bookmarked your old URL, and it will no longer work. Make sure you communicate this change to them so they retain their access.

You can use the Email Announcements feature to:

  • Send mass emails to your community and let them know about the URL change.

  • Provide them with the new URL of the Member Portal.

  • Explain that they must update their bookmarks and use the new link only.

  • Offer further assistance if any questions or issues arise.

Don't mistake the Member Portal for the Admin Portal

If you try to log in with a Member Portal account at the Admin Portal (app.officernd.com), you will see the following error:

Error__404_or_No_Access.png

For Admins: Ensure you have access to the Admin Portal

Sometimes, new administrators may want to log in to the Admin Portal but encounter issues.

If they receive the error message "User with email [...] was not found", this means that they don't have access to the Admin Portal. Another admin must first add them to the Admin Portal. Add new admin users to the Admin Portal →

General troubleshooting

The following troubleshooting steps are applicable to both members and admins and can help resolve login issues for both the Admin Portal and the Member Portal.

Try an incognito window or clear your browser cache

Login issues may also be caused by stored cache or saved credentials in your browser, especially if you've previously logged in to multiple accounts.

Reset password link not working

If the link in your Welcome email or Reset Password email is not working:

  1. Open the link in an incognito window. This avoids interference from stored cookies or previous sessions.

  2. Clear your browser cache

Expired link?

Links in Welcome and Reset Password emails expire after 72 hours. If the link is no longer valid, request a new email from your space administrator or use the password reset option on the login page.

SSO login issues

Ensure that the users are properly set up in your organization's identity provider system, as this is necessary for SSO login. Read more about the SSO configuration of each provider →

Additionally, note that changing the Member Portal URL directly affects your SSO setup.

To maintain seamless operations, you must update the SSO configuration within your identity provider application (for example, Azure, Entra ID, or OKTA) to reflect the new Member Portal URL. Failing to update the configuration will result in login issues for users.

To ensure members retain access after you change the Member Portal URL:

  1. Update the Member Portal URL in your identity provider configuration.

  2. Test the SSO functionality to verify proper integration with the updated URL.

  3. Promptly notify members about the URL update and provide the new link for access.

  4. If reverting to a previous URL, ensure prior configurations in the identity provider remain active.

FAQ: Login issues

Why do I see a 404 or no access error when logging in?
You may be using the wrong URL. Make sure you're logging in via your organization's Member Portal (for example, https://yourspace.officernd.com), not the Admin Portal.

How can I find the correct URL for the Member Portal?
Check your Welcome email, ask your space administrator, or confirm your organization's slug in the Admin Portal under Settings > Account Details > Account Details.

Why isn't the reset password link working?
If the token in the email has expired (it is more than 72 hours old), it won't work. Request a new reset email.

What should I do if the login page doesn't load properly?
Try using an incognito window or clearing your browser cache to resolve any stored credential conflicts.

Can I use the same browser for multiple accounts?
Yes, but using multiple accounts in the same browser can sometimes cause login errors. Use private browsing mode for separate accounts.
