How to Update Your Personal Information and Privacy Settings in the Members App

Update Your Personal Information

Note: The order of buttons in your mobile app may look different depending on your organization's settings.

  1. Click Show All in the down-right corner of the UI.

  2. Choose Account and tap Edit profile.

  3. Select whether you want to update your Personal or Privacy Settings.

If you want to change your Personal information, you have the following options:

  • Name

  • Bio

  • Phone

  • App Language (if your organization supports multiple languages)

When you select a field and start updating the information, you will notice that the button Update Profile will become available.

The same thing will happen if you choose to Update Company information where you can change the:

  • Company Name

  • Company Description

  • Company Website

  • Company Email

To be able to update the company information, you have to be a Contact Person or Billing Person. Read more about the permissions for these roles.

When you finish updating the details and click Update, you will see these messages: “Success. Profile info updated” or “Success. Company info updated.

Privacy Settings

When you click Edit profile and scroll down, you will see the options to update your Privacy Settings.

With the toggle buttons, you can:

  • Hide your entire profile.

  • Only hide your contact details.

  • Hide only your socials.
