This article guides you through the minimum required steps to quickly set up Growth Hub, allowing you to start using the platform as soon as possible. Once your basic configuration is in place and you start selling, you can continue building on it by customizing listings, enhancing your storefront, and embedding Growth Hub into your website.
Before you start
Before you set up Growth Hub and start selling your products, complete these steps in OfficeRnD Flex:

Step 1: Activate Growth Hub
To activate Growth Hub, follow these steps:

Growth Hub and click Book a Demo.
You will receive an email with a link. Open the email, click Register for a Demo, and select one of the available demo sessions.
After the Demo, our team will guide you through the next steps. You can start your Growth Hub subscription, and we will activate Growth Hub in your organization.

Step 2: List plans and resources to sell via Growth Hub

If you already offer Billing Plans and resources on your public pages, you can save time by quickly pulling them all and listing them in Growth Hub.
Hint: Start by listing the most important and easy-to-sell products, such as meeting rooms and day passes. Focus on what is most likely to convert quickly, rather than uploading your entire product catalog at once.
To do this, click List Resources and List Plans, and then manually select the products to list.
To pull all public resources and Billing Plans and list them on Growth Hub, follow these steps:
Go to
Growth Hub > Listings > Resources and click List Resources.
Select the resources you want to list on Growth Hub.
Click List.
Go to
Growth Hub > Listings > Plans and click List Plans.
Select the plans you want to list on Growth Hub.
Click List.
Step 3: Add or update pictures and descriptions
Up to 5 hours, depending on the number of products
To make your product listings more appealing and provide additional context, add or update images and descriptions for each resource and Billing Plan.
Hint: To save time and start selling your products as soon as possible, add only one image per product and write short descriptions (1-2 sentences).
To add images and descriptions to your products:
Go to
Growth Hub > Listings > Resources or Plans.
Click a Billing Plan or a Resource to customize it.
In the Media section, you can:
In the Resource Details or Plan Details section, you can add a product description and use rich text formatting to highlight key details and make the offering more attractive. For now, write a basic, short description.
Click Save Changes.
Hint: You can use AI tools, such as ChatGPT or Gemini, to quickly generate short descriptions for all your products and save time writing them.
Step 4: Define product types

The product types from your organization that have at least one listed item will be displayed on the landing page.
To customize the Product Types listed on the Growth Hub landing page, follow these steps:

Growth Hub > Storefront Settings > Landing Page.
Open the Listed Product Types tab.
Click Customize next to a Product Type.
Select the product category (On-Demand, Memberships, Private Offices, Others). You can enter the name of a new category and press
Enter
to add it.

Step 5: Customize the landing page and branding

You can configure the brand appearance and the landing page of your Growth Hub.
Go to

For now, update only the primary and the background colors.
Use the default font and upload your custom font later.

Step 6: Test the flows

To ensure everything works as expected, open the landing page and test the flows for all the different product types offered via Growth Hub:
Preview the look and feel of the Landing Page.
Test the search functionality on the Landing page.
Open a product-specific page for each product type listed on the Growth Hub and verify the information.
(Recommended) List a product with a negligible cost and complete at least one transaction to test how data is stored in Stripe.

Step 7: Add a "Book Online" CTA to your website

After you successfully complete the tests, you can add a Growth Hub link to your website.
Growth Hub can be embedded in a third-party website or used as a standalone web application. For now, let's use it as a standalone app, as it doesn't require any additional setup beyond redirecting the marketing website to your Growth Hub's URL.
