Members can update their account information on the Member Portal. If they are a company's owner, contact person, or billing person, they can also update their company's profile on the Member Portal.
Update a member's profile
To update a member's profile:
Open the Account page or click your profile icon and then Profile.
On the Profile tab, you can enter or update your personal information, contact details, and social profiles.
Update a company's profile
To update a company's profile:
Open the Account page or click your profile icon and then Profile.
On the Profile tab, open the "Company" tab.
Update your company information, contact details, and website URL.
