[Member Portal] How to Update Your Member and Company Profile

Members can update their account information on the Member Portal. If they are a company's owner, contact person, or billing person, they can also update their company's profile on the Member Portal.


Update a member's profile

To update a member's profile:

  1. Open the Account page or click your profile icon and then Profile.

  2. On the Profile tab, you can enter or update your personal information, contact details, and social profiles.

Update a company's profile

To update a company's profile:

  1. Open the Account page or click your profile icon and then Profile.

  2. On the Profile tab, open the "Company" tab.

  3. Update your company information, contact details, and website URL.
