The OfficeRnD Flex Admin Portal provides a simple way to monitor which members are currently in your space. Using the "Who's In" section, admins can view all checked-in and not-checked-in members, manually check members in or out, and review individual check-in history for attendance tracking or reporting purposes.

See who has checked in today
To see a list of members who are currently checked in:
Go to Community > Who's In.
You can see the list of all checked-in members on the right.
Check members in
To check in a member:
Go to Community > Who's In.
Click the check-in icon
next to a member.
Check members out
To check out a member:
Go to Community > Who's In.
Click the check-out icon
next to a member.
See the history of a member's check-ins
To see the history of a member's check-ins:
Go to Community > Who's In.
Click the history icon
next to a member.
Select the month for which you want to see all check-ins. You can view the check-in and check-out times, duration, and location.
