Visitor Analytics

Visitor analytics helps you track check-ins and check-outs within your buildings, improving security and operational efficiency. You can analyze reports through the Data Hub or access and review visitor logs. These tools make it easy to monitor real-time activity and examine historical data.

Access the Visitor Log

All check-ins and check-outs are recorded in the system, and you can access the complete list to review the details of each visitor log.

1. Open the Flex or Hybrid Admin Portal.
2. Go to Visitor Hub > Overview > Visitor Log.
3. You will see the visitor logs for today. Click Reset Filters to view all visitor logs.
4. Click the filter icons to apply a filter and sort the visitor logs.

1. Go to Data hub > Check-Ins.
2. Click the Employee / Visitor filter and select Visitor.
3. Click ⟳ to apply the filter.
