Introduction
You can request an update to your branded mobile app and our team will assist with the task.
Below, you can find all the customizable features we can update:
App Name
You can choose a new name for the app. This will be the name of the application in Google Play Store and Apple App Store.
Apple requires that the app name in the App Store is unique - meaning there can't be more than 1 app with this name. That's why you'll have to provide us with 3 suggestions for an app name. If we fail to update the app with any of the three, we will ask you to provide some more.
- Please note that the name cannot start with a number. For example, '123 Co working Space' is not a usable name.
Splash Screen
The Splash Screen is the image displayed when the app is opened on a device.
The app stores have the following image requirements:
- Size: 2208px width by 2208px height.
- In .png format.
- Solid background - we can't use an image with a transparent background for a splash screen.
- Has no alpha channel.
- Has at least 660px empty space from each side - top, bottom, left and right. Empty space refers to an area on the image that might get cut off when the image is resized automatically to fit different device resolutions. This is why it is important that you design this image in a manner where there is a solid color area of 660 pixels on each side.
Here is an example of a good splash screen image:
Logo
The Logo is the logo of your space displayеа on the login screen.
The image you provide for a logo should meet the following conditions:
- Has a size of 1024px width by 768px height.
- In .png format.
- Has a transparent background.
- Has at least 140px empty space from each side - top, bottom, left, and right. Empty space refers to an area on the image that might get cut off when the image is resized automatically to fit different device resolutions.
Here is an example of a good logo image:
Icon
The Icon is the image representing the application in the mobile app stores and when installed on a device.
The image you provide for an icon should meet the following conditions:
- Has a size of 2048px width by 2048px height.
- In .png format.
- Has a solid background - we can't use an image with a transparent background for an icon.
- Has no alpha channel.

Android Safe Zone - Adaptive Icons
Has approximately ~400px empty space at the top and bottom sidesр and approximately ~400px empty space on the left and right sides. Empty space refers to an area of the image that is being cut off when the image is resized or masked automatically to fit different device resolutions.
You can find more information about adaptive icons here:
You will notice that the mobile app icons are usually rounded. That doesn't mean that you need to send us a rounded image - on the contrary. The application stores automatically round the image provided as an icon as long as it meets the conditions described above.
Here are a couple of examples you could use when preparing your app icon. You can see how the icon is created, based on the image being used:
For further info, you may refer to the official market guidelines:

There are no special requirements for the app description - simply fill in what you think best describes your branded app.
Custom Screenshots
By default, OfficeRnD lets you use screenshots with placeholder data. You can find some examples below:
If you'd like to use your own ones, you can provide us with the following set of images:
- In .png format.
- A maximum of 8 images.
- For Android - 1260 x 2240 px
- For iOS - 1242 x 2208 px and 1242 x 2688 px
So, if you'd like to use 6 custom screenshots, you have to provide us with 18 images - 6 of each set. You can submit them as a .rar file in the submission form.
Submission Form For Update
Navigate to the Submission Form and submit your request for a white-label mobile app update. An update usually takes 3-4 weeks from the form's submission unless there are any roadblocks introduced by the App Store or the Google Play Store.
