Add Your Office Maps


In OfficeRnD Hybrid you can easily add the floorplans of your offices and mark your bookable desks, offices, meeting rooms, or any other custom resource type you might have.

Add an Office Map

You can add your office map(s) from Workplace Management/Locations/Add floor.

  1. Navigate to Workplace Management/Locations.
  2. Click Add Floor for the particular location.
  3. Enter a Name
  4. (Optional) Choose a location.
  5. Upload the office map.
  6. Click Add when finished.


Update an Office Map

It's not unusual to rearrange an office, switch desks around, etc. You can update the floor plan with a new image that reflects these changes:

  1. Navigate to Workplace Management/Locations.
  2. Click on the cogwheel next to the particular floor and choose Edit Floor details.
  3. Click Change on the image and add your new image.
  4. Click Update.
  5. If needed, open the floor plan and rearrange your resources by dragging and dropping them into their new positions.
