Update Your Account Information


Setting up Flex begins with the initial account information setup.

Step-By-Step Guide

1. Log into the OfficeRnD Flex Admin Portal at https://app.officernd.com/

2. Open the Settings module.

3. Enter Account Details/Account Setup:Acc Setup.png

Account Setup

Here, you should:

1. Update the Name of your account.

2. Verify or Change the URL for the Admin Portal and the Members Portal.

Note: The Admin Site URL can be changed (optional), but doing so will impact all administrative users.

Changes to the Admin URL should not be made if a Custom Domain, Premium Mobile App, or Electronic Signatures for contracts are enabled. This request should be submitted to the support team.

3. Enter a general notification email that should be used to receive notifications from OfficeRnD Flex.

4. (optional) Enter your organization's website in the Url field.

5. Click Update to save all the changes.
