Update Your Account Information

Overview

  1. Log into the OfficeRnD Flex Admin Portal
  2. Navigate to the Settings module and update the information under My Account/General

Step-By-Step Guide

  1. Log into the OfficeRnD Flex Admin Portal at https://app.officernd.com/
  2. Click on the Settings module

  3. Navigate to My Account/General

  4. Update the Name of your account

  5. Verify / Change the URL for the Admin Portal

    The Admin Site URL can be changed (optional), doing so will impact all administrative users.

    Changes to the Admin URL should not be made if a Custom Domain, Premium Mobile App, or Electronic Signatures for contracts are enabled. This request should be submitted to the support team (support@officernd.com).

  6. Enter a general notifications email

    Enter an administrative email address that should be used to receive notifications from OfficeRnD Flex

  7. Enter your organization's website in the Url field.

  8. Click Update to save all changes
