Introduction
OfficeRnD Flex's Access Control integration flexibility has been extended with the ability to:
- Connect two or more different Access Control integrations from the same vendor to separate locations.
- Connect two or more different Access Control integrations from different vendors to separate locations.
Customers can enjoy benefits such as reduced costs, on-site vendor support, and the ability to choose the best solution for each particular space (including locations across different countries and cities).
Adding Locations to Access Control Integrations
When adding an Access Control integration, Admins have to select a location before the activation and configuration steps. This setting determines the location(s) where the integration applies.

Membership Policies for Access Control Integrations
- The integration should grant access based on the mapping only to the member assigned to the membership.
- If no member is assigned to membership, the integration should grant access to all members from the respective company.

If there are multiple memberships added to the same company profile, the following rules to grant access apply: 1. For memberships assigned to a specific member, access is granted only to that member based on the mapping in the integration settings. 2. For memberships that are not assigned to a specific member, access is granted to all company members based on the mapping in the integration settings. |
