How to Change Members Portal Translations

Introduction

The OfficeRnD Members Portal is available in many languages other than English. You can learn how to switch between different languages in this help article. You can also request edits to the available translations. Read more about that below.

How to Request a Translation Edit

We strive to have the most correct translations for every language we support. Yet, sometimes you might have a better idea, or spot an error. In such cases, please:

  1. Summarize your feedback.

  2. Make sure the improvements you suggest are applicable to all users. We don't customize translations on an individual basis.

  3. Please prepare some examples, screenshots, and translation suggestions – anything helps.

  4. Send an email to support@officernd.com or log a ticket with the above information.

What Happens Next

A support agent will pick up the request, verify your suggestion, and action the updates.

Please bear in mind that new translation edits are uploaded at the beginning of each month. Thus, it might take some time for the changes to appear.
