Activate a ticketing system
To activate a ticketing system in Flex, follow these steps:
Log in to the OfficeRnD Flex Admin Portal.
Go to Settings > Experience Hub > Member Pages.
Select Feedback Form / Submit a Ticket. When the option is enabled for members, they can submit tickets through the Member Portal.
