You can customize the widgets displayed on the right side of your Member Portal's home page, as well as the quick-action buttons on the Member Portal and the Members mobile app.
Quick action buttons
The header of your Member Portal has two quick-action buttons:
Submit Ticket:
Opens the "Submit a Ticket" dialog.
To remove the button, go to Settings > Experience Hub > Member Pages and clear the Feedback Form / Submit a Ticket checkbox.
How-To Guides:
Opens the "How-To Guides" page.
To rename the button, go to Settings > Experience Hub > Member Pages, scroll down to the Dashboard section, click Configure under Welcome Widget, and update the How-To Guides field.
The home screen of your Members mobile app has two quick-action buttons:
Book a room:
Opens the Meeting Rooms screen.
To remove the button, go to Settings > Experience Hub > Member Pages and clear the Meeting Rooms Booking checkbox.
Get help:
Opens the How-To Guides screen, which includes the space's contact details, the member's tickets, and the available how-to guides.
"Welcome" widget
The "Welcome" widget controls the welcome message displayed on your Member Portal's home page. It is not visible on the Members mobile app.
To change the image on the Welcome widget, go to Settings > Experience Hub > Branding and upload a Hero Image.
You can customize the title and the subtitle:
To remove the card with the image and welcome message from the Member Portal's home page, go to Settings > Experience Hub > Member Pages, scroll down to the Dashboard section, and click Deactivate under Welcome Widget. This is how the home page looks after that:
"My Bookings" widget
The "My Booking" widget is used both on the Member Portal and on the Members mobile app. To activate or remove it from both the Member Portal and the Members mobile app, open the Flex Admin Portal and go to Settings > Experience Hub > Member Pages, then click Activate or Deactivate under Today Widget.
The "My Booking" widget is displayed as follows:
Member Portal:
Displayed on the right side of the home page, on top of all other widgets.
Displays up to 5 upcoming bookings. The bookings for today are displayed in the primary color of your Member Portal.
Click View all upcoming to go to Account > Bookings > Upcoming.
Click New Booking to open the booking calendar.

Mobile app:
"Invoices" widget
The "Invoices" widget is displayed on the right side of the Member Portal's home page. It is not visible on the Members mobile app.
To activate it or remove it, go to Settings > Experience Hub > Member Pages and select or clear the Show "Invoices" tab checkbox.
The "Invoices" widget:
Is displayed under the "My Bookings" widget.
Displays up to 3 invoices with statuses other than "PAID".
Has a download button for each invoice.
Has a View all invoices button, which takes you to Billing > Invoices.

"How-To Guides" widget
The "How-To Guides" widget is displayed on the right side of the Member Portal's home page. It is not visible on the Members mobile app.
To rename the widget title, go to Settings > Experience Hub > Member Pages, scroll down to the Dashboard section, click Configure under Welcome Widget, and update the How-To Guides field. This title is used as a title for the How-To Guides page and the "Guides" quick action button.
The "How-To Guides" widget:
Is displayed under the "Invoices" widget.
Displays up to three how-to guides.
You can click a guide to open it.
Click View all guides to open the Guides page.
RSS widget
The RSS widget is displayed on the right side of the Member Portal's home page. It is not visible on the Members mobile app.
To configure the widget:
Go to Settings > Experience Hub > Member Pages.
Scroll down to the Dashboard section and click Configure under RSS Feed.
Update the widget Title.
Enter the feed address.
Set the number of entries to display.
To remove the RSS widget, go to Settings > Experience Hub > Member Pages and click Deactivate under RSS Feed.
"X" (former Twitter) widget
The "X" (former Twitter) widget is displayed on the right side of the Member Portal's home page. It is not visible on the Members mobile app.
To configure the widget:
Go to Settings > Experience Hub > Member Pages.
Scroll down to the Dashboard section and click Configure under "Twitter Feed".
Update the widget Title.
Enter the X handle.
Set the number of tweets to display.
To remove the "X" widget, go to Settings > Experience Hub > Member Pages and click Deactivate under Twitter Feed.
