Configure Meeting Room booking features
Log in to the Flex Admin Portal and go to Settings > Platform Modules > Calendar & Bookings.
Change the Date/Time Culture.
Select the Booking charge slot.
Configure when tentative bookings will be automatically canceled.
Choose which properties to be displayed as company details in the booking dialog on the Admin Portal.
Choose which properties to be displayed as member details in the booking dialog on the Admin Portal.
Turn on or off the floor plan view in Member Portal calendars.
Choose whether the booking details will only be visible to team members.
Choose whether Meeting Rooms will group bookings in the Day view in the calendar.
Choose whether new bookings will require admins to select a member.
βChoose whether to receive an admin notification whenever a booking is created or canceled.
Choose whether to receive an admin notification whenever a booking with a fee is created or canceled.
Choose whether to receive an admin notification whenever a booking is created or canceled through the public calendar page.
Click Update to save your changes.
