When creating a custom resource type that is a Space type, a floor plan space type must be created to have the option on the floor plan to match the zone to the type. Click here to learn more about resource types.
Add a custom Floor Plan Space Type
To add a new Floor Plan Space Type, follow these steps:
Log in to the OfficeRnD Flex Admin Portal.
Go to Settings
> Platform Modules > Resource Types and click Add Floor Plan Space Type.
In the dialog that opens:
Enter the name of the space.
Enter a Unique Key that links the space type to a resource type. If you have created a resource type, enter its unique key here to make the connection between them.
(optional) Choose a color to color-code the space.
Click Add to create the floor plan Space Type.
