Many flex spaces offer non-active members access to bookable resources only during business hours when a front desk receptionist is there to host them. Meanwhile, Active members can book and access the resources 24/7.
As admins need to be able to forbid non-active members from booking outside business hours in the OfficeRnD Public Calendar, we expanded the business hour bookings setting to include more granular options. The latter is available in a global setting (Settings/Platform Modules/Business Hours) and per location (in the Add/Edit Location dialog).
Restrict Outside Business Hours Bookings Setting
These settings apply only to resource types that are bookable by Time. They do not apply to resource types bookable by Date.
When the Restrict Outside Business Hours Bookings setting (found in Settings/Platform Modules/Business Hours) is selected, Admins now have two additional options:
Active members - Forbid outside business hours bookings only for Active members.
Non-active members - Forbid outside business hours bookings only for Non-active members.

When Restrict outside business hours bookings is checked, both the Active Members and Non-active Members checkboxes will be checked. You can still uncheck them if needed.
