This article explains what members can do on the Payment Details page. Share it directly with members who need help, or use it as a reference when assisting them.
For payment details to be available, your workspace must have an active payment gateway integration. The payment methods a member can add depend on how that integration is configured. Learn about payment gateway integrations →
Before you begin
Members can add up to 3 personal and up to 3 company payment methods.
The available payment methods depend on your workspace's payment gateway and configuration. If no payment methods appear, contact your workspace admin.
Add a payment method
To add a new payment method:
Click Add Payment Method.
If your workspace uses multi-location billing, select the location for which you are adding payment details.
Select the payment method type. Depending on your workspace's payment gateway configuration, you may see options such as credit or debit card, Cash App Pay, or bank account (for ACH or SEPA payments).
Enter the required details and click Add. The payment method is saved to your personal or company profile.
Note: To add a bank account, your workspace admin must have configured ACH or SEPA payments in the payment gateway settings. If the bank account option doesn't appear, contact your admin. Learn how admins set up bank transfer payments →
Edit location permissions for a payment method
If your workspace uses multi-location billing, charges are billed separately per location. To pay a charge from a specific location, you need a payment method that is permitted for that location. For example, if you have usage in London but none of your payment methods are permitted for London, you won't be able to pay that charge until you update your permissions.
To edit which locations can use a payment method:
Click the three dots next to the payment method.
Click Change location permissions.
Select the locations that can use this payment method.
Click Save.
