If onsite check-ins are not required for any resource, check-ins are processed for all resources with an open check-in window via a global check-in.

If on-site check-ins are required for all resources, only a global check-in is recorded.
If on-site check-ins are not required for the primary resource but are for others, the system checks in for all resources with an open check-in window and don't require onsite check-ins.
