Add more fields
You can add multiple fields to a flow if you want to collect more information from your visitors, employees, or couriers. You can make any of these fields optional or required. You have the following options:
Email address – This is a text field where visitors and employees can enter their email addresses.
Host – This is a text field. Visitors and guests must enter their host's name and select it from the list.
Phone number – This is a phone number field with an area code selector.
Company – This is a text field where visitors and employees can enter their company name.
Custom field – You can create a custom field (see below ↓).
The recommended maximum number is 8 fields. Try not to add more than that to improve the app's usability and your visitors' and employees' experience.
Custom field types
If you want to add a custom field, you can make it a text field, a single-choice, or a multiple-choice field:
For Single and Multiple Choice fields, enter each individual option in the Options field and press Enter. Do not separate the options by comma.
Enter the field name and click Add when you're finished.
