This feature integrates with your Brother printer and OfficeRnD Flex and Workplace to streamline visitor management in your workspace.

How does badge printing work
When visitors check in via the Visitor tablet app, their details are stored in the system, and a badge is automatically printed so they can immediately use it to enter your workspace.
You can customize the badge design and choose to include any of the following elements:
Photo
Visitor name
Visitor type
Company
Logo
Host
Arrival time
Benefits

Activate the Badge Printing feature
Set up your printer.
Connect your Brother printer to Wi-Fi or Bluetooth.
Activate the Visitor Badges feature for any flow in Visitor Hub.
Open the Admin Portal and go to Visitor Hub > Tablet App Settings > Tablet Flows Customization.
Click Customize to customize your check-in flows.
Click Customize for the "Visitor" flow to activate Visitor Badges.
Open the Badge Printing tab and turn on the toggle switch.
