In OfficeRnD Flex, you can create discount codes for Billing Plans. You can make the discounts applicable only to specific products. Customers can then use these codes on your Growth Hub website during checkout.
Create discount codes
To create a discount code in Flex, follow these steps:
Go to Billing & Products
> Discounts.
Click Add Discount and select Plan Discount.
In the Add Plan Discount dialog:
Enter the code that customers must use to apply the discount.
Specify the Billing Plans to which the discount applies. Discounts for monthly plans apply to the entire period of the membership.
Select the discount percentage or fixed amount.
Configure the privacy settings for the discount code.
Set time and quantity limit for the discount code.
Use discount codes
Customers can use discount codes during checkout. They must click I have a promo code, enter the code, and click Apply.
