Customize the success screen
To customize the success screen of a flow, follow these steps:
Go to Visitor Hub > Tablet App Settings > Tablet Flows Customization and click Customize next to "Check In".
Click Customize next to "Visitor" or any flow.
Open the Success Screen tab and click Customize Text.
Customize the success screen text using the available text formatting options in the toolbar.
You can personalize the success message by inserting custom properties and visitor details. Open Insert Property and select one of the options:
Click Save.
When you're ready, preview the success screen and see what it will look like on the Visitor app:
