The On-Demand Revenue Breakdown dashboard provides a detailed view of on-demand revenue performance, focusing on one-off transactions within the Growth Hub. It offers insights into revenue distribution, top-performing offerings, and key trends, helping you monitor on-demand sales and understand their contribution to the business.

Dedicated widgets for bookings provide a closer look at booking-related revenue, helping you track their impact separately.

Dashboard overview

The On-Demand Revenue Breakdown dashboard includes multiple widgets that display data for your Growth Hub performance.

The four widgets at the top of the dashboard provide summarized insights about your organization's revenue in the selected timeframe.

  • On-Demand Transactions – The total number of Growth Hub on-demand transactions (one-off fees) recognized for the selected period.

  • On-Demand Revenue – The total revenue generated from Growth Hub on-demand products or services (one-off fees) recognized for the selected period.

  • Bookings – The total number of Growth Hub bookings (a subset of on-demand transactions) recognized for the selected period.

  • Bookings Revenue – The total revenue generated from Growth Hub bookings (a subset of on-demand revenue) recognized for the selected period.

Recognition is based on the revenue recording date rather than the purchase date. For example, if a customer books a meeting room on March 1 for April 5, the transaction and revenue will be recognized and displayed on the dashboard for April when the service is provided.

On-Demand Revenue by Location

The total revenue generated from on-demand transactions (one-off fees) on the Growth Hub, recognized for the selected period and broken down by location.

Recognition is based on the revenue recording date rather than the purchase date.

Top-Performing On-Demand Products

This widget highlights the offerings that generated the highest on‑demand revenue, recognized for the selected period. Recognition is based on the revenue recording date rather than the purchase date. The 'Other' category may include bookings, processing fees, and deposits.

Low-Demand On-Demand Products

This widget displays the offerings that generated the least on‑demand revenue, recognized for the selected period, pointing to potential improvement opportunities.

On-Demand Details

A comprehensive view of the on-demand revenue generated from the Growth Hub, recognized for the selected period, compared to the total revenue, broken down by month and location.
