The Organization Health dashboard gives you a high-level view of your organization’s performance across all locations. It tracks eight key operational and data quality metrics to help you identify under-performing or misconfigured locations and take corrective action. This ensures reliable reporting across all other dashboards.
The dashboard is particularly useful for spotting outliers—locations that may be missing activity, data, or occupancy—and for monitoring the overall health of your locations.

Dashboard overview
Organization Health
This section features widgets that track the following eight criteria across all locations:
Revenue Score – The number of locations with recorded revenue in the last 30 days, with credit notes and overpayments deducted.
Bookings Score – The number of locations with at least 1 booking in the last 30 days.
Desk Occupancy Score – The number of locations with desk occupancy between 20% and 120% in the current month.
Revenue Occupancy Score – The number of locations with revenue occupancy between 20% and 120% in the current month.
Available Desks Score – The number of locations with at least 1 prorated available desk in the current month.
Active Customers Score – The number of locations with at least 1 active customer in the current month.
Active Memberships Score – The number of locations with at least 1 active membership in the current month.
Location Area Score – The number of locations with “Location Area” entered in the location's settings.
Each widget displays the number of locations that meet the respective criterion. For example, a Revenue Score of 3/5 indicates that only 3 out of 5 locations have recorded revenue in the past 30 days. When all locations meet the requirement, the score is shown in green. Otherwise, it's shown in red.
The Health Score is a composite metric representing the percentage of criteria met across all locations. For instance, if you have 5 locations and 2 of them fail to meet the Revenue criterion while all other criteria are met everywhere else, the score is calculated by dividing the total number of met criteria by the total number of possible criteria across all locations:
Health Score = 38 / 40 = 95%
Location Health
This section displays visual breakdowns of health metrics at the individual location level, helping you pinpoint specific areas that need attention.

Location Health Charts
This series of bar charts breaks down each health criterion at the location level. These visualizations make it easy to identify which locations meet or fail specific benchmarks.
Each chart corresponds to one of the eight tracked criteria and follows a consistent visual pattern:
X-axis: Locations within your organization
Y-axis: Metric value or status
Bar Colors:
Above each chart, a banner indicates whether all locations meet the respective criterion; if not, the number of locations that require attention is displayed.
These charts help you quickly identify underperforming or misconfigured locations and prioritize follow-up actions accordingly.
How to fix identified issues
If a location fails to meet one or more health criteria, it may indicate missing data, misconfiguration, or inactivity. The table below outlines what each metric measures and provides guidance on how to investigate and resolve issues. Addressing these gaps ensures accurate reporting across your organization.
Note: After updating any data, it may take up to 2 hours for the changes to be reflected on the dashboard.
Criterion | What It Measures | What to Check / How to Fix |
Revenue | Total revenue from memberships and fees in the last 30 days (minus Credit Notes and Overpayments). | Verify if memberships or fees have been created in or invoiced for the last 30 days. Investigate reasons for revenue inactivity. |
Bookings | Whether any bookings occurred in the last 30 days. | Confirm if the location had bookings in the last 30 days. Investigate reasons for booking inactivity. |
Desk Occupancy | Occupied desks as a percentage of all available desks (current month). | Ensure desks are properly configured and availability is correctly set. Make sure memberships are assigned to the correct desks. |
Revenue Occupancy | Actual revenue as a percentage of the revenue target (current month). | Verify that target revenue is correctly set for each location. |
Available Desks | Whether there are any prorated available desks this month. | Check if any desks are available at the location. |
Active Customers | The number of customers with at least one active membership day in the current month. | Make sure memberships are correctly dated and assigned to the correct customers. |
Active Memberships | The number of memberships with at least one active day in the current month. | Make sure memberships are correctly dated and assigned to the correct customers. |
Location Area | Whether the “Location Area” has been entered for the location. | Edit the location’s properties and enter the Location Area value. |
