How post likes work
Post likes let members react to posts and events with a simple 👍. The feature promotes community connection and visibility for popular discussions.
View likes on the Admin Portal
To review engagement for posts:
Go to Experience Hub > Member Engagement > Posts.
Find the Engagement column.
Review the total number of likes for each post.
View likes on the Member Portal
In your Member Portal, everyone can like posts and events. To review engagement for posts:
Open the post.
Look at the bottom of it.
Click the like button or the summary of reactions to see who liked the post. Just like any other social media.
