Your workspace admin may send you a survey to collect feedback about your experience. Surveys cover topics such as booking quality, facility conditions, and overall satisfaction. Completing them takes under a minute and helps improve your workspace.
You don't need to log in to complete a survey sent by email—the link in your email goes directly to the survey.
Where you'll receive surveys
Surveys arrive through one or more of the following:
Push notification – On the Members app (if your workspace uses a branded app).
In-app dialog – A pop-up when you're logged in to the Member Portal.
Email – Sent to your registered email address. Select the link to open the survey directly. No login required.
Complete a survey
When you receive a survey notification or email, select the link or button to open it.
Answer each question. Questions marked with an asterisk (*) are required; you can skip optional ones.
Click Submit when you're done. A confirmation message from your workspace will appear.
That's it. Surveys are typically short and take 1 to 2 minutes to complete.

Why did I receive this survey?
Your workspace admin sent it to a group of members that includes you. It might be triggered after a booking you made, or sent as a general feedback check-in.
Do I need to log in to complete a survey I got by email?
No. The link in your email opens the survey directly without requiring a login.
Can I go back and change my answers after submitting?
No. Once you submit a survey, your responses are final.
Can other members see my answers?
No. Responses are anonymous.
What if I missed the survey?
Post-booking surveys are sent once per month. If you missed one, you'll have another opportunity after a future booking. One-time surveys can't be resent.
