What's new ✨
Room layouts in Growth Hub
A buyer who needs a U-shape for 20 people can't tell from the storefront whether the room does that, so the booking starts with a phone call. You can now turn on layouts per bookable resource from 8 standard types, each with its own capacity and a short description.
Buyers choose a layout and enter their expected guest count before payment. If the count exceeds the layout capacity, checkout stops there instead of the overbooking landing on your calendar, and both the layout and the guest count are recorded on the booking in Flex and shown on the Admin Calendar. Optimizations ⚡
Quick buttons for half- and full-day bookings
Booking a full day means typing 9:00 and 17:00 every time, and a mistyped end time is a booking someone has to fix later. Members can now choose Morning, Afternoon, or Full Day to fill both time slots within the location's business hours. Availability is checked for the entire slot, and manually editing a time turns the button off.
AI disclosure in chat and outbound email
The EU AI Act and California's AI Transparency Act (CAITA) both require that leads be told when they're talking to an AI, and doing that by hand means editing every template. Every new chat session now opens with a "Connected to AI Assistant" banner, and outbound emails carry a matching footer. You can change the settings or turn off the disclosure if all your leads are outside those regions. Manage AI transparency disclosure →
Mobile app banner in the Member Portal
Members who access the portal on their phones get less than they do in the app. Members opening the Member Portal in a mobile browser now see a dismissible banner prompting them to download the mobile app.
