• Instant Host Notifications - Hosts receive SMS alerts when visitors arrive, ensuring timely and efficient management of their schedules.
• Delivery Notifications - Recipients are alerted via SMS when their deliveries arrive, streamlining the process and reducing wait times.

How it works

To receive an SMS, users must have their phone number added in OfficeRnD under their profile. The functionality starts automatically - there's no need for users to opt in. Notifications will be sent as soon as the add-on is activated.

Pricing information

• The SMS add-on incurs costs from local carriers for each SMS sent.
• The service includes a base allocation of SMS messages per month.
• The monthly limit per subscriber may vary, based on the total and individual monthly usage and the applicable regional rates. Please note that, if due to unlikely circumstances, the monthly limit is reached or unreasonably high usage per account is detected, we may temporarily pause the services.
