[Quick Start] Visitor Hub Tablet App

You can configure the Visitor Hub tablet app in the Flex and Hybrid Admin Portals. Go to Visitor Hub > Tablet App Settings and select one of the pages.

This article provides an overview of the Visitor Hub app and instructions on downloading it on your tablet and configuring it in the Admin Portal.

  • In Flex, open the Admin Portal, go to Visitor Hub, and click Request Demo:

Download the Visitor Hub tablet app

The OfficeRnD Visitor Hub app is available for iPad OS (13.4 or newer) and Android (6.0 or newer). You can download it from the Apple and Google Play stores:

Allow automatic updates

We recommend enabling automatic updates for the app to receive the latest version as soon as we release an update:

Automatic updates for Android:
 Automatic updates for iOS: 
  1. Go to the app page in the Google Play Store.
  2. Tap the three vertical dots in the top right corner.
  3. Turn on Enable Auto-Update.
  1. Go to Settings > iTunes & App Store.
  2. To enable all automatic app updates, turn on Updates.
  3. If you want apps to automatically update only when connected to a Wi-Fi network, leave Updates on and turn off Use Mobile Data instead.

 

Log in to your account

When you open the app, you must do the following to log in to your account:

  1. Enter your OfficeRnD Admin credentials.
  2. If you are part of multiple organizations, a screen opens with a list of all the organizations you are a part of. Choose the one you want to log in to and tap Continue.

Choosing a location links the tablet to that location, reflected in each Visitor and Host's notifications.

 

Use the live preview

You can configure your Visitor Hub app in the Hybrid Admin portal. To do that, go to Visitor Hub > Tablet App Settings and select one of the pages. Any changes you make will be displayed in a live preview of the tablet app on the right side of the page.
