You can capture and store visitor photos to improve host recognition, experience, and security.
How do visitor photos work?
When visitors check in via the Visitor Hub tablet app, they are prompted to take a photo with the tablet's front camera. They can retake the photo if they want a better one. When they complete the check-in, their photo is stored in the system. Hosts will receive notification emails with photos of the visitors, helping them quickly and accurately identify who is arriving.
You can turn on the feature to adjust any visitor flow. For example, you can turn it on for Visitors but off for Events. Photos are stored in the Visitor Log and the visitor's profile, making them easy to access and manage.

Turn on visitor photos
- Go to Visitor Hub > Tablet App Settings > Tablet Flows Customization.
- Click Customize.
- Click Customize next to "Visitor".
- Open the Photo tab and turn on the toggle switch.
