Visitor Hub – Configure Privacy Settings

This article explains how to configure the privacy settings. Use this information to enhance the security of your space.

On the Admin portal, go to Visitor Hub > Tablet App Settings > More Options. Here, you can:

• Click Go to Configuration to allow hosts to pre-register their visitors for a booking or create a stand-alone visit.
• Choose the privacy settings for when visitors search for their host or when a delivery recipient is selected:
  
  • Type at least 3 letters to see suggestions – Visitors will see a list of people while typing the name.
  • Type the full name – Visitors must type in their host's full name the same way it's written in the system.
