Members portal users have different permissions depending on the user role they have in OfficeRnD. They can be the following types:
- Non-Active Member (Drop-In, Inactive);
- Active Member (Individual, Contact/Billing Person);
Changing a member's status to Former or Contact automatically revokes their access to Members Portal and Member Tools.

Hi,
Is there a way to configure these permissions? We'd like to give non-active members access to the members wall and messenges.
Is that possible?
Hi Robert,
I am afraid that's not possible but we might be able to suggest an alternative solution. If you haven't discussed your use-case with our support team, I would encourage you to submit a ticket and share more information about your needs.
