OfficeRnD integrates natively with multiple payment processing providers to enable you to easily collect your payments.
Integrating OfficeRnD with a payment gateway enables you to:
- Accept online payments by adding a Pay Now button in the Members Portal.
- Request new members to pay for purchases immediately upon signup.
- Automatically collect recurring payments for active members.
- Connect different payment gateway accounts per location.
To set up a payment gateway in OfficeRnD, you'll need an account with the payment provider. Here is the full list of supported payment gateways:

Card Payments vs Direct Debit Payments - The waiting period
Unlike card payments, payments via direct debit have a waiting period.
This waiting period is typically from three to four business days (five, if the mandate needs to be verified - in the case of the first payment or one-time payment).
Settlement usually doesn't take more than five working days.
Hosted Payment Gateway
If you don't find your payment gateway in the table above, perhaps the OfficeRnD Hosted Payment Gateway option is the right choice for you.
In essence, it enables developers to implement payment gateway integration that is not provided out of the box.
In order to take advantage of it, you need one or more dedicated software developers who can review the API of your payment gateway and connect it with OfficeRnD.
The Hosted Payment Gateway integration will allow you to provide members with a Pay Now button that will be available when they log in to the members portal.
Known Limitations of the Hosted Payment Gateway
Note: The hosted payment gateway can only be used to pay outstanding invoices.
It cannot be used on the signup or to immediately pay for bookings/purchases in the members portal shop.
The invoices that have been issued to the customer are visible to them in the Billing section of the members portal.
There they'll be able to find a Pay Now button which, once pressed, will open an external link to the hosted payment gateway.
The hosted payment gateway cannot work with purchase flows like some of our other payment gateway integrations can.
For example, you won't be able to charge members immediately for bookings, if you've edited your purchase flow to be able to do that.
This also applies to purchases from the members' portal shop.
The hosted payment gateway can only be used to pay outstanding invoices, which have been generated for the purchased items from the shop or for bookings.
