How to Disable the SignUp Page and Public Calendar

Introduction

Sometimes while you're revamping your services or web presence, you might need to temporarily disable the public pages that OfficeRnD provides out-of-the-box.

How to Disable the SignUp Page

If you would like to completely disable the signup page from the members portal:

In the OfficeRnD admin portal, navigate to Settings/Member Apps/Public Pages.
Disable the Signup Page option.
If you have embedded the signup link on your marketing web page, go ahead and hide the link temporarily.

How to Disable the Public Calendar

If you prefer to completely disable the public calendar that enables meeting room bookings for non-members:

In the OfficeRnD admin portal, navigate to Settings/Member Apps/Public Pages.
Disable the Public Calendar Page option.
If you have embedded the public calendar link on your marketing web page, go ahead and hide the link temporarily.
