Customize Publicly Available Pages

Overview

OfficeRnD offers a variety of publicly available pages for public booking calendar, public signup page that can be enabled or disabled should your space offer these types of services.

  1. Log into the OfficeRnD Flex Admin Portal
  2. Navigate to the Settings module and navigate to Member Apps/Public Pages

Step-By-Step Guide

1. Log into the OfficeRnD Flex Admin Portal

2. Click on the Settings module

5. Public Pages Overview

Check or uncheck which public pages should or should not be available to non-members.

6. Public Calendar Page

The publicly available page enables meeting room bookings for non-members. Learn more

NOTE: The public calendar can display all bookable resources which the Privacy setting enables their public access.

7. Enable Public Booking Discount Codes

WIth OfficeRnD Flex, you can allow non-members to book public resources at a discounted rate using a promotional discount code. Once the code is applied, the total amount of the booking is adjusted with the proper discount. Learn more

8. Signup Page

The publicly available page enables new members to signup for services (monthly and one-off) that are made publicly available.

New members can create their own account, select multiple services, enter payment details (subject to payment gateway functionality), and enable their member portal access.

9. Order and Booking Summary

The Order Summary provides the final details of the purchase. Additional information can be added here to display whenever a purchase is made.

The Booking Summary provides the final details along with the Cancellation policy & Fees for the particular Meeting Room. Additional information can be added here to display whenever a booking is created.

10. Click on Update to save changes
