How to check the number of times my app has been downloaded/installed?

If your organization has a branded mobile app, you may want to know how many times the app has been downloaded and/or installed.

For Apple devices, you can get this information from the statistics in your Apple developer account. Visit https://developer.apple.com/

Find your app in the Google Play Store and you will see the number of downloads under its name. However, Google only provides an estimate (i.e. 500+ downloads).

 

If you need more precise information about the app's install base (and/or other metrics), you can open a ticket with our support team. Please explain which report(s) you need, and for which period.
