The essensys integration in OfficeRnD Flex ensures that member onboarding is seamlessly connected to network provisioning, so connectivity just works—without manual setup.

When essensys manages the network and WiFi for a location, members created in OfficeRnD are automatically synced to the essensys platform. This enables instant, secure access to WiFi and network services based on membership and location entitlements.

This article provides an overview of all the sync journeys and how your integration works day to day.

What you can do with the integration

When the integration between OfficeRnD and the essensys Platform is active, the following rules apply to how data flows and is maintained across both systems:

Create a new company

  • Companies created in OfficeRnD at mapped locations will automatically be created as occupiers in the essensys Platform.

  • Changes to company details should be made in OfficeRnD. Updates made directly in essensys will not sync back and may be overwritten.

Create a new member

  • Active Members added in OfficeRnD at mapped locations will be created as users in essensys.

  • If the member is linked to a company, they will appear under that occupier.

  • If no company is linked, the member will be created as both an individual occupier and a user.

  • Members synced will automatically be invited to the WiFi

Tip: Only active members—those with a recurring membership—will be automatically synced to the essensys Platform when created in OfficeRnD.
