The OfficeRnD Visitor Hub app is a branded tablet app that welcomes visitors, enables check-in/out, and manages deliveries at your front desk. This article is about the Visitor Check In & Check Out flow. Learn more about customizing the tablet app flows.

The OfficeRnD Visitor Hub app is available for both iPadOS (13.4 or newer) and Android (6.0 or newer). OfficeRnD Hybrid customers can download it from the Apple and Google Play stores:

Check-in Visitors
Non pre-registered visitors
Visitors who haven't been pre-registered need to enter their confirmation details manually in the Reception app (* is mandatory):
1. Tap Check In on the welcome screen.
2. Tap Visitor.
3. In the following screens, enter your visitor details:
- Your Full name (enter and tap Next)
- Your E-mail (where you'll receive a notification)
- Who are you visiting (enter the first three letters, or the full name of your host - depends on security settings). There may be other details asked depending on the settings.
4. Visitors may be asked to read and accept a document, such as NDA or Terms & Conditions. This is configured in the settings.
5. Tap Check In. A confirmation screen will appear and an e-mail notification will be sent. Additonally, the confirmation details will be saved for future visits so they won't have to do this every time.
Pre-registered & Returning Visitors
Pre-registered visitors already have their confirmation details entered in the system. They only need to:
1. Tap Check-in and select Visitor.
2. Enter their Full name and tap Check In to confirm their information.
You will be greeted by a welcome screen and a notification e-mail will be sent to your host's email-address:
Note: SMS notifications for hosts are available as a paid add-on.
Check Out
To check out:
1. Tap Check-out on the welcome screen.
2. Enter your Full Name (enter the first three letters and select the name from the list) then tap Next.
3. Tap Yes, Check me out and you will be greeted with a thank you message.
