Visitor Hub – Configure Tablet Flows

Tablet flows outline the necessary steps for employees and visitors entering your building. They can use the Visitor Hub app installed on a tablet at the reception. Each flow—check in, check out, and deliveries—has a dedicated button; you can add custom flows as needed.

You can also configure the main flows for the Visitor Hub app to enhance the experience for both employees and visitors.

You can:

  • turn on or off delivery management and the option to check in and check out via the app
  • customize the check-in experience for both visitors and employees
  • add documents that visitors must accept before entering the space
  • create custom flows
This feature is available on OfficeRnD Flex and Hybrid.
