Your physical space changes more often than your floor plan does. When a row of desks is relocated, or a meeting room becomes a private office, those changes need to be reflected in OfficeRnD — otherwise, bookings, assignments, and space reporting fall out of sync with reality.
In OfficeRnD Flex, you can edit floor plans directly from the Admin Portal: draw or remove walls, place and resize furniture, and define spaces.
Start editing a floor plan
To edit a floor plan:
Go to Space > Location, then click the floor plan to edit.

Repeat for every other wall.
