When managing access, memberships, and keyfobs, it is important to know whether a member has accepted your terms and conditions and signed in to their profile. This information helps you decide when to activate access and start a membership.
This article shows where to find which terms and conditions a member accepted and when their last login was.
View member access status
To view member access to the Member Portal:
Open the Flex Admin Portal and go to
Operations > Members and look at the Access column.If a member has the status "Member Portal User", they have created an account in your Member Portal.
View members' last login time and accepted T&C
To see when a member last logged in to the Member Portal and whether they have accepted your Terms and Conditions:
Open the Flex Admin Portal and go to
Operations > Members and click the filter icon 
.
In the list of available filters, select "Last Login" and "Terms & Conditions".
In the member list view, look at the newly added "Last Login" and "Terms & Conditions" columns. You can see when the member last logged in and which version of your Terms and Conditions they have accepted.
